Executive Board

Art Morey - oversees all general activities of the Officials at the National Tournament. He is the Chief of Officials, and works with the Exec Board each day and night to make sure that all Officials are performing their best. He reviews score cards nightly and attends the daily assignment meeting to discuss the previous nights bouts and performances.  He works with the National Delegates liaison, Steve Holley to handle any situations that may arise during the Tournament.

1st VP Judges

 John Ulibari-- Supervises all judges, and oversees their performances. He also reviews all score cards before the winners are announced. He selects the Ring Captain of Judges and Assistant Ring Captain of Judges for each ring with the help of the 2nd VP of Judges, John Ulibari.  He reviews score cards each morning for errors and performance indicators.  Oversees the daily assignment sessions conducted by the Ring Captains.

2nd VP Judges

Bernard Bruni- works with 1st VP, and helps select the Ring Captains of Judges and assistant Ring Captains for each ring.  Reviews all score cards with the Ring Captains the morning after each session for errors and discusses the performance of each judge with the Ring Captains each day to help determine the judges who
will work the final two nights. Helps the Ring Captains with the daily assignments.

1st VP Referee's

Mark Phillips- oversees all referee's and works with the 2nd VP to pick the Ring Captain of Referee's for each ring, and the Assistant Ring Captains for each ring. He observes the performance of the referee's each night and helps the Ring Captains critique the referee's as needed. He will work with the 2nd VP to make a list of Referee's to work the final two nights. He also helps the Ring Captains of Referee's with the daily assignments.

2nd VP of Referee's

Dave Moody-  works with the 1st VP to select the Ring Captains and assistants for each ring.  He also will critique as needed, and together with the 1st VP of Referee's will put together a list of Referee's to work the final two nights. He also helps put together the daily assignments.

1st VP Timers 

Curtis Rawlings - will work with the 2nd VP to select the Ring Captain of Timers for each ring, and complete the daily assignments

2nd VP Timers

Mary Gray-  will work with the 1st VP to select the Ring Captain of Timers for each ring, and help complete the daily assignments.

Secretary-Treasurer

Carmen Williamson-  performs all the duties related to the Secretary - meeting minutes, correspondence and all duties related to the office of Treasurer - keeping the books and monies generated by NOGGOA.
